Description

A fluffy and filling recipe for protein pancakes with a whopping 34 grams of protein per serving. (And one serving yields a lot of pancakes!)

Ingredients

Scale

Note: You may also use almond milk or water in place of the egg whites. Just use enough to get achieve your preferred desired consistency of pancake batter.

Instructions

  1. Mix all ingredients thoroughly until a smooth batter forms.
  2. Pour batter onto a griddle or a pan coated with butter or cooking spray.
  3. Cook pancakes until tiny bubbles begin to appear on the surface. Flip pancakes and cook for another minute or so, taking care not to overcook as they can dry out easily.
  4. Top with preferred toppings (fresh berries, syrup, powdered sugar, a drizzle of peanut butter, etc.) and enjoy!
